FREQUENT QUESTIONS

How it works

20 questions we get most often. If yours is not here, write to us: we reply the same day.
What is included in the tour price?
Most tours include: hotel pickup and drop-off, boat/yacht transport, English-speaking guide, masks and snorkels, lunch and water on board, accident insurance. Additional costs (national park fees, diving equipment) are always clearly stated in the tour description.
Are there any hidden costs not included in the price?
No. The tour price is final with no surprises. The only additions are national park entry fees (Similan ~600 THB, Phi Phi ~400 THB), always clearly listed in the tour description and included in the total when booking with us.
I get seasick easily — is that a problem?
Speedboats can be bumpy in choppy water. Larger boats and catamarans are much smoother. We always carry seasickness tablets on board — free of charge. Take one 30–40 minutes before boarding if you're prone to motion sickness. Let us know when booking and we'll suggest the most comfortable option.
How safe are the sea tours?
All tours operate with TAT-licensed operators (License 34/03702). Every vessel has life jackets, a first aid kit, and a full safety briefing before departure. We monitor weather daily — if conditions are poor, tours are rescheduled with a full refund.
Can pregnant women join the tours?
Speedboat sea tours are not recommended for pregnant women due to motion and vibration on the water. We recommend land-based alternatives: Big Buddha, Elephant Sanctuary, Siam Niramit Show, or island sightseeing. Message our manager and we'll find the right tour for you.
How many people are in a group tour?
Standard group tours have 15–30 participants. For a tour exclusively for your group, we offer private tours for 2–12 people — your own schedule, dedicated guide, no waiting for others. Ask our manager for availability.
What is the difference between a group and a private tour?
Group tour: 15–30 people, fixed schedule, lower price. Private tour: your group only (2–12 people), flexible itinerary and timing, dedicated guide all day, no waiting. Private tours cost 2–3x more but offer a completely different level of comfort.
What is included in the on-board lunch?
Most sea tours include a Thai buffet: steamed rice, grilled fish or chicken, vegetables, sauces, and tropical fruit. Vegetarian options available on request — tell us when booking. Water and soft drinks are free all day.
Is there a photographer on the tour?
Your guide is happy to take photos with your phone. Professional underwater photography is included on select VIP yacht tours — check the tour description. Waterproof phone cases and GoPro rentals are available on location (~300–500 THB).
Is there a dress code for tours?
For sea tours: swimwear and light clothing are perfect. For tours visiting Buddhist temples (Big Buddha, Wat Chalong): covered shoulders and knees are required. Sarongs are usually available free at temple entrances.
Do you have English-speaking guides?
Yes — all our tours include a fluent English-speaking guide from hotel pickup to drop-off. Our guides handle all briefings, snorkelling tips, local knowledge and questions throughout the day.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 1–3 days ahead. During high season (November–April), popular tours fill up quickly — book 3–7 days ahead. In low season many tours can be booked same-day if space is available.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. 24 hours or more before: full refund. Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund. Evening shows: cancel before 12:00 on the day. Weather-related cancellations always come with a full refund.
How do I pay?
Two ways: cash in baht on the day of the tour, or an SBP transfer in roubles — the manager sends the details after your booking is confirmed. We do not take cards or cryptocurrency. We confirm the places first and talk about payment after.
Where is the pickup point?
For most tours we arrange free hotel pickup on Phuket. Time and meeting point are confirmed with the manager at booking. Some tours depart from fixed piers — noted in the tour description.
What should I bring?
Sunscreen SPF 50+ (waterproof), swimwear and towel, sunglasses and a hat, dry bag for your phone, small amount of cash. Masks and snorkels are provided free.
Are the tours suitable for children?
Most tours are family-friendly. Children under 3 travel free. Children aged 3–11 get a child price (40–60% of adult rate). Check age restrictions for specific tours with our manager.
Do I need a visa for Thailand?
Citizens of many countries can enter Thailand visa-free for up to 30 days. For longer stays a Tourist Visa is required. Check the latest requirements with the Thai Embassy or ask our manager.
How do I contact my guide on the day?
After booking, the manager will send you the guide's Telegram contact. The day before, the guide will remind you of the meeting time. On the day — message the guide directly or in the main chat with the manager.
Do you operate in low season?
Yes, year-round. In low season (May–October) some Similan and Surin tours close due to national park rules, but most routes are available. Weather cancellations come with a full refund.
