In a request — your name, phone or messenger, hotel, dates, how many of you there are and whatever you wrote in the notes. In the website chat — your messages, photos if you sent any, and the page you wrote from. Passport details are not needed to book, except on programmes where the carrier requires them — there we warn you separately. Saved tours and your plan live only in your browser: they never reach us.

The hosting keeps technical logs: address, browser type, time of request. We do not look at them unless the site breaks. Three cookies: the site language, your answer to the cookie notice, and the chat session id so the conversation survives a reload. Google Analytics loads only after you press “Accept” — it shows us which pages get read, with no names or phone numbers. Decline, and the site works exactly the same.

To confirm the booking, put you on the operator's list, get you onto the right transport and reach you if the weather or the schedule changes. To answer in the chat. To see what gets read on the site so we write better. We send no newsletters and run no advertising on your data.

The operator of your tour — your name and the number of people, or you will not be on the list. Then the services the site and our booking desk run on: Vercel (the site), Render (our booking system, Frankfurt), Google (analytics after consent; Google Workspace spreadsheets where bookings are kept), Cloudinary (tour photos — none of your data is there), Telegram and WhatsApp if you write to us there. We do not sell data and pass nothing to ad networks. Some of these services sit outside Thailand — transfers run under their standard data-protection agreements.

The request and the conversation — for as long as the booking runs and a year after, enough to pull up the history if there is a dispute. Hosting logs are wiped by the provider on its own schedule. After that we delete.

Ask what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, withdraw consent to analytics (clear the site's cookies and it is gone) or object to processing. Write to info@thailandutour.com or to any of our chats — done within three working days, with confirmation. No reason needed. If you believe we broke the law, you can complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
