One-day tours (except Similan, Sunrise Adventure, Phi Phi Sunrise)
– Cancellation before 19:30 the day before — no charge
– Cancellation after 19:30 — 100% charge
One-day tours: Sunrise Adventure & Phi Phi Sunrise
– Cancellation before 17:00 the day before — no charge
– Cancellation after 17:00 — 100% charge
Similan Islands
Standard (departure from Tap Lamu)
– Cancellation before 11:30 the day before — no charge
– Cancellation after 11:30 — 100% charge
– Rescheduling after 11:30 — 100% charge
– If a hospital certificate is provided: instead of 100%, a fixed fee applies — 1,000฿ per adult / 500฿ per child
Early Start Standard & Comfort+
– Cancellation before 17:00 the day before — no charge
– Cancellation after 17:00 — 100% charge
– Rescheduling after 17:00 — 100% charge
– With a hospital certificate: fixed fee 1,000฿ per adult / 500฿ per child
Overnight Tours
– Cancellation before 18:00 the day before — no charge
– Cancellation after 18:00 — 100% charge
Khao Sok + Cheow Lan Overnight
– Booking closes 3 days before the tour at 13:00; after that — 100% charge
– From October 1, 2025: booking closes 7 days before the tour at 13:00; after that — 100% charge
– Cheow Lan Laguna Hotel: cancellation is always 100% charged, regardless of notice period.
⚠️ Hospital certificates do not apply to Khao Sok + Cheow Lan tours — 100% charge always applies.
Tour Day / No-Show
– Cancellation on the tour day or no-show — 100% charge
– Rescheduling after deadline — 50% charge (for Similan — 100%)
Illness-Related Cancellations (Hospital Certificate Required, before 16:00 on the tour day)
One-day tours (except Similan): no charge with valid hospital certificate.
Overnight tours (except Cheow Lan Overnight and Full Moon Party): 50% charge with hospital certificate.
Special cases with certificate:
– If one participant is ill — 100% refund for that person (even for group vouchers).
– Serious illness requiring accompaniment — 100% refund for the sick guest + 100% for one accompanying adult.
– Sick child — 100% refund for the child + one parent.
– Sick parent (voucher “1 adult + child/children”) — 100% refund.

The tour may be canceled for weather or safety reasons — full refund or rescheduling.
Key factors: wind speed and wave height.
Forecast reference: Windguru Thailand — Phuket.
Guaranteed cancellation: wave height > 1.9 m and wind gusts in the red zone.
