24 hours or more before departure — 100 %, a full refund. Less than 24 hours, and a no-show without warning — no refund. Evening shows — cancel before 12:00 on the day of the show.

Weather, a boat breakdown, a park closed for quarantine — a cancellation on our side returns 100 % or moves the tour to another day, whichever suits you. Moving it costs nothing extra.

Write to your manager in the same chat where you booked, or call +66 96 082 9010. We need your name, the tour date and the reason. The manager confirms the cancellation and tells you the refund amount.

We refund by the same method and in the same currency you paid with, within 1–5 working days of the confirmation. Cash — in person or by transfer.

Moving the tour to another date is free while there are more than 24 hours to go and seats are available. It is faster and cheaper than cancelling — just write to us.
