Detailed conditions
Cancellation timing is calculated from the official tour start time stated in your booking confirmation, in Thailand local time (UTC+7).
For partial cancellations (e.g., one person from a group), refunds are calculated proportionally. Please confirm with your manager.
Force Majeure
If a tour is cancelled by circumstances beyond the tourist's control — storm, hazardous weather warning, national park closure, government restrictions — we provide a full refund or free rebooking to another date. Force majeure is determined by the agency based on official Thai meteorological data.
How to cancel
Contact your manager
Reach us via Telegram (@thailandutourbot) or call +66 640 588 898. Provide your name, tour date and reason for cancellation.
Receive confirmation
Your manager will confirm receipt of the cancellation request and notify you of the refund amount per the current policy.
Receive your refund
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 1–5 business days. Cash refunds by in-person meeting or bank transfer.
Rebooking
Instead of cancelling, you can rebook to a different date. Rebooking is free with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Rebooking to a higher-price date requires paying the difference.
