Payment FAQ
When do I pay for a tour?
Payment is made at the time of booking, or by arrangement with your manager, the day before the tour. For early bookings (7+ days ahead), split payment is possible.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Yes, for cancellations 48+ hours before tour start — full refund. 24–48 hours before — 50% refund. Less than 24 hours or no-show — no refund. See our Cancellation policy for full details.
How do I receive a receipt?
After payment your manager sends a booking confirmation to your Telegram with the amount, tour name and date. An official invoice is available on request.
What currency are prices shown in?
All prices on the website are in Thai Baht (THB). For other currencies, the market rate on the day of payment applies. Your manager will confirm the exact amount at booking.
