Hanuman World Phuket: jungle zipline — how to choose a program and not regret it

June 9, 20266 min read

Deep in the jungle, 45 minutes from Patong, there is a place where you can spend anywhere from 20 minutes to three hours flying over the treetops at 50–80 km/h. Hanuman World is not a small fairground ride — it is a full-scale adventure park: 11 programs, up to 16 ziplines, sky bridges, spirals, a skywalk and luge carts. French equipment, insurance included, experienced instructors. Here's how it all works and what to choose.

Three types of programs

Combine World (A / B / C / D) — the flagship all-inclusive packages. Ziplines, sky bridges, spiral staircases, dual ziplines, roller zipline, skywalk. They differ in intensity: from 1 hour and 4 ziplines (package C+) to 3 hours and 16 ziplines (package A+). The Wanon Zone buffet is included in all Combine World options. Package D — "Flexible time" — no set schedule, roller and skywalk only, minimal physical effort.

Luge 2 + World (A / B / C / D) — the same packages plus 2 luge cart runs. Luge is a single-seat gravity cart: you ride downhill along a dedicated track through the jungle, steering with two handles. Suitable for adults and children from age 7. A great addition if you want variety.

Standalone Zipline (10 / 18 / 32 platforms) — ziplines only, no extra elements, no buffet. The shortest is 10 platforms, about 20 minutes. Perfect for those who just want the "flight" experience or have limited time. The longest — 32 platforms (16 ziplines) — takes around an hour.

"Combine World A is three hours in the jungle. Not a 10-minute thrill ride — a genuine three hours of active movement. Bring water and proper shoes."

What to choose: an honest recommendation

First time in an adventure park? Go for Combine World B+ — 9 ziplines, 2 hours, all the main elements, buffet included. Intense enough that you won't feel shortchanged, but not so long that you exhaust yourself.

Want maximum adrenaline? Combine World A+ or Luge 2 + World A+ — 3 hours, 16 ziplines, plus carts. A full day of adventure.

Bringing children (from age 4)? Ages 4–10 fly tandem with an instructor (Doubling mode, +390 ฿ extra). Children participate independently from age 7, minimum weight 25 kg.

Someone in your group doesn't want to jump? The Non-Player option (300 ฿) lets them walk the route as a spectator.

Add-on extras

Can be added to any package at booking or on arrival:

Roller 1 Round — 1,000 ฿. A single run on the roller zipline — the fastest element in the park.
Skywalk + Abseil — 500 ฿. Walk the suspended walkway and then descend face-forward down a vertical wall.
Luge 1 / 2 / 3 Rides — 790 / 890 / 990 ฿. Luge runs can be added to any Combine World package if you don't want the full Luge+World package.

Wanon Zone buffet

Included in all Combine World and Luge+World packages. The menu features 12 dishes — Thai and international. Chicken massaman curry, fried spring rolls, chicken noodle soup, Hainanese chicken rice, Som Tam papaya salad, seasonal fruits. If you chose a Standalone Zipline without a buffet, you can add it separately: 350 ฿ adult, 240 ฿ child (ages 4–11).

Practical info

What to bring. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory (sandals and flip-flops will not be allowed). Light clothing you don't mind getting dusty. Sunscreen. It's hot in the park but you barely notice while moving.

Health restrictions. Maximum participant weight: 120 kg. Programs are not recommended during pregnancy or for serious joint and back conditions.

Transfer. When booking through Thailand U Tour, hotel transfer is included. Independently — about 45 minutes from Patong by car.

Prices. Packages start from 1,500 ฿ (Zipline 10 platforms) and go up to 4,800+ ฿ (Luge 2 + World A+). Contact us for current availability and pricing.

FAQ

Minimum age? Independent participation from age 7 (weight 25 kg+). Ages 4–6 fly tandem with an instructor in Doubling mode (+390 ฿).

Is it scary? The first platform — yes. The second — you'll want to go again. The height is real (15–25 m above ground), the safety harness is double. Instructors supervise every descent. If heights are a serious issue for you, we'll be honest: this park may not be for you.

Can I skip an element mid-route? Yes. If you change your mind at a specific platform, the instructor will escort you to the next one. No pressure whatsoever.
