We were on holiday in Phuket and found this travel agency, U-Tour, with agent Albina. A very friendly girl who explained everything unhurriedly, gave several recommendations and tour tips. We went with them to the Phi Phi Islands — guides Shamil and Soft and the boat crew. Everyone was competent, gave a full briefing, fed us breakfast and a delicious lunch, offered seasickness tablets, accompanied us throughout, were always nearby and attentive, and gave us plenty of time at every location. Our family was very happy. The journey to the islands is not easy, but it's absolutely worth it.

First time abroad for us. I absolutely recommend — we booked two tours with Albina: an overnight Phi Phi Islands trip and jet skiing. Loved everything. They explained it all clearly. Zero organisational issues! We'll definitely be back next time — we didn't manage to see everything! Thank you.
